Accounts Receivable / Collections / Bookkeeper
We are a local distribution company that has been in business for over 25 years and we are looking for a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a long‑term team player; many of our employees have been with us for over ten years.
Responsibilities- Ensure that payments are made for deliveries according to terms.
- Post checks in accounting software daily.
- Scan checks for remote deposit daily.
- Send out statements via e‑mail weekly.
- Enter credits.
- 5+ years of experience in AR and bookkeeping.
- Excellent computer skills with Word and Excel.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills who can think quickly on his/her feet and make correct, informed decisions on how to handle accounts.
