Sr. Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in Miami. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical accounting foundation, preferably with Big 4 public accounting experience and an active CPA certification (or in progress).

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.)
• Support external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required (or actively pursuing)
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience, with prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
