AP Clerk

A premier national home builder in Miami is looking for an AP specialist to support a high-impact initiative within their Utility Automation Program. This program is modernizing how they retrieve and processes utility invoices across the national portfolio, and this role is central to making that work.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational work that keeps the automation pipeline running: setting up and maintaining vendor portal credentials, reconciling accounts, resolving access issues, and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems. You will collaborate closely with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and division teams to support a smooth rollout and ongoing stabilization of the program.

• Manage the retrieval and processing of utility invoices through vendor portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery into internal systems.
• Maintain vendor portal access, including account setup, credential management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Reconcile utility accounts and invoice data, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and divisional teams to support invoice processing, payment inquiries, and program implementation efforts.
• Monitor and support the Utility Automation Program by identifying workflow issues, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements.

• 0-2 years of AP experience
