Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the accounting practices for a permanent capital backed accounting rollup. The ideal candidate will be adept in handling complex financial structures and will have a proven track record in accounting within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounting firms in your region, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and consistent work product.
• Oversee and manage all accounting practices within the region ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis for the regional rollup entities.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Engage in regular travel to various rollup locations to oversee financial operations and provide on-site support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong preference for experience in private equity or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Willingness to travel as required by the job.
