International Tax Manager - CPA Firm (High-Net-Worth & Multinational)
Role Summary
Lead the international tax compliance and advisory division for high-net-worth clients and multinational entities at a prestigious boutique CPA firm. This role requires a balance of technical precision in cross-border tax concepts and high-touch strategic consulting.
Main Responsibilities
- Compliance Oversight: Review complex international tax filings (Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8992).
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, translating tax code into actionable financial strategies.
- Leadership: Mentor junior staff and drive the technical growth of the tax department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated experience in International Tax within a CPA firm environment.
- Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. EA, JD, or LLM highly valued.
- Skills: Strong command of US international tax reporting and cross-border regulations.
