Accounting Manager Miami, FL | Remote to Hybrid

An established alternative investment firm with approximately $4B in assets under management is expanding its accounting team and is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing finance organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a newly appointed CFO who has been brought in to build and strengthen the accounting and finance function. The firm offers significant visibility, the opportunity to make an impact, and long-term growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

• Support the accounting and reporting for multiple investment funds and related entities
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting
• Work closely with fund operations, finance, and external service providers
• Assist with audits, tax support, and process improvements
• Partner with senior leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives

• 3–15 years of accounting experience
• Fund accounting experience within private equity preferred; hedge fund or private credit experience will also be considered
• Public accounting experience supporting asset management clients is a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and investment management accounting
• CPA or CPA-track is preferred
