Manager of Accounting

The Manager of Accounting will support reporting, prepare financial statements, assist with complex transactions, develop controls, enhance forecasting, and coordinate audits.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the controllership with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Assisting with accounting analysis for complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, restructuring, compensation programs) under both IFRS and US GAAP
  • Preparation of financial statements under GAAP for auditor review, including preparation of note disclosure
  • Assisting with development of controls and processes
  • Building out the forecasting function and preparation of forecasts of P&L
  • Working as a bridge between our auditors (both internal and external) and our accounting and operational employees to ensure a smooth audit (preparation of reconciliations, working papers, sample testing etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements
  • US CPA required
  • Experience with a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) professional accounting firm preferred
  • Experience with ERPs preferred (e.g. Workday)

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
