Senior Accountant​/Manager

We are conducting a search on behalf of a growing, privately held financial services company with a complex, multi-entity corporate structure.

The Senior Accountant/Manager will support corporate accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This person will play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle while partnering cross-functionally with finance leadership and operational teams.

• Full-cycle close support including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Consolidation across multiple legal entities — intercompany eliminations, adjustments, and reclassifications
• Foreign currency accounting including translation, FX impacts
• Variance analysis and commentary on consolidated results vs. prior periods, forecasts, and plans
• US GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal control execution
• Audit support and clear documentation across close, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Special projects including system implementations, acquisitions, and process improvements

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• Public Audit Experience Preferred
• 3–4+ years of relevant experience; public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting background preferred
• Strong consolidations experience in a multi-entity environment
• Solid US GAAP/IFRS knowledge; multi-currency or international accounting experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation tool experience preferred
• CPA or active progress toward CPA a plus
