Brand Finance Coordinator
Location:
Miami, Florida. Responsible for providing administrative and financial support to the Senior Manager of Brand Finance, including data entry, purchase order creation and processing, invoice and billing review, spend tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting reporting needs.
- Purchase order processing in Oracle for eight marketing departments including Brand Marketing, Brand Development & Partnerships, Creative, Customer Engagement, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Romance & Celebrations.
- Assist Senior Manager of Brand Finance in creating a variety of analysis reports as needed.
- Communicate all active spending activity within departments, interacting with management, vendors, and team members.
- Keep accurate records of all expense activity in accordance with internal protocols for auditing purposes and assist with all audits as required.
- Process and audit vendor transactions, ensuring purchase orders and invoices align with agreements; reconcile and report discrepancies.
- Track accounts payable estimates within internal workbooks and request edits/changes to partners as needed.
- Perform special assignments as requested by the department manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of all organizational information.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong analytical, computational, and mathematical abilities.
- Accounting and/or billing experience required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping programs and related software;
Oracle systems a plus. - High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Education:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
Experience:
Two years or more of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
