- Overseeing daily financial/accounting operations
- Ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulatory requirements.
- Managing financial accounting and insurance accounting processes
- Monitoring reserves and technical provisions in collaboration with actuarial teams
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulatory requirements
- Supervising accounting staff and finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum +5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
