Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accounting Analyst:

• Maintain and analyze inventory costing to ensure accurate valuation

• Reconcile inventory sub-ledger to general ledger and resolve discrepancies

• Analyze inventory variances and ensure timely corrections

• Support monthly inventory reporting and year-end audit processes

• Manage cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory audits

• Track and validate field inventory and asset movement

Qualifications for the Cost Accounting Analyst:

• 2–4 years of cost accounting or inventory accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
