Join a growing aviation services organization and take ownership of the accuracy and integrity of our inventory and fixed asset accounting.
We're looking for an experienced Inventory / Asset Accountant to manage inventory valuation, fixed assets, and the serialized parts reconciliations that are critical in an FAA Part 145 repair station environment.

What You'll Do- Maintain inventory accounting, including valuation, adjustments, reserves, and reconciliations
- Manage the fixed asset subledger, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation
- Reconnect inventory and fixed asset accounts to the general ledger
- Support physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies and variances
- Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and US GAAP requirements
- Prepare inventory and fixed asset reporting for month-end close, audits, and management reporting
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy and asset tracking processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory accounting, fixed asset accounting, or a combination of both
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation methodologies and fixed asset accounting principles
- Experience with depreciation, capitalization policies, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP inventory and fixed asset modules
- Experience with serialized inventory, traceable parts, rotables, or asset-intensive industries is highly preferred
- Aviation, MRO, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience strongly preferred
