Associate, International Tax Services

Join our dynamic International Tax Services team as an Associate. In this role, you will support our Senior Associates and Managers in delivering a full spectrum of tax preparation, planning, and compliance services for international and multinational enterprises and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and forms for international individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Analyze and adjust financial statements to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international tax regulations.
• Support senior associates and managers in preparing responses to tax authorities and external audit requests.
• Conduct technical tax research and draft memoranda to support client positions.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, providing responsive and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to manage deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
• Participate actively in professional development programs to stay current on evolving international tax laws and emerging issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
  Master's in Taxation strongly preferred.
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required.
• JD or LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
• Solid understanding of U.S. international and domestic tax law, including Subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credit concepts.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and technology tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work extended hours when needed to meet client deadlines.
