Staff Accountant – Law Firm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the daily accounting operations of a law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Review billing, client payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and trust accounts
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with financial statements and management reports
- Support audits and additional accounting projects
