Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records. This role will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, reconciliations, and general administrative accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, payments, and account statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with data entry into the general ledger and accounting systems.
• Prepare deposits, post payments, and help track outstanding balances.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting support.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
• Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting or finance team.
