Development & Investment Accounting Manager

We're seeking an experienced Development & Investment Accounting Manager to join a growing real estate organization. Fully On-Site. Up to $140K + competitive benefits.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for real estate development projects and investments
• Oversee project budgets, costs, commitments, forecasts, and construction draws
• Handle partnership, investment, and multi-entity accounting
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Partner with development, construction, lenders, CPAs, and senior management
• Support investor and management reporting

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong real estate development and/or construction accounting experience
• Experience with partnership/investment accounting
• Yardi Voyager strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA or CPA-track experience is a plus
