TXG Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead and strengthen our accounting function across a growing aviation and aerospace organization.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, job costing, process improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities- Lead monthly, quarterly & annual close
- Oversee U.S. GAAP financial reporting
- Strengthen job costing, WIP, inventory & profitability reporting
- Develop internal controls and accounting processes
- Oversee intercompany accounting and group reporting
- Lead audits and external accounting relationships
- Mentor and develop the accounting team
- Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
- Proven leadership and financial close experience
- Experience improving processes and internal controls
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred: CPA, public accounting experience, job costing/WIP experience, and aviation, aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or industrial services experience.
