Full-Cycle Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Accountant to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on accounting experience, excellent reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Yardi experience is strongly preferred.

Handle full-cycle accounting in a high-volume environment

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Complete credit card reconciliations

Review and audit Accounts Payable (AP) transactions for accuracy

Assist with AP processing and resolve discrepancies as needed

Prepare and maintain accruals and prepaid expense schedules

Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities

Track and maintain Work in Progress (WIP) schedules

Prepare and process cash draws / loan draws

Review accounting records and supporting documentation for accuracy

Research and resolve account discrepancies

Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Assist with additional accounting projects and reporting as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Strong full-cycle accounting experience required

+ Experience working in a high-volume accounting environment

+ Yardi experience strongly preferred

+ Strong knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliations

+

Experience with AP review, accruals, prepaids, and general ledger accounting

+

Experience with WIP and cash/loan draws preferred

+ Strong Excel skills

+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
