Job Summary: This role is highly client-facing and offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance engagements while mentoring teams and contributing to long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, and gift tax engagements.
• Serve as a primary advisor to high-net-worth and professional services clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning around compensation structures, K-1 allocations, multi-state issues, and entity structuring.
• Lead multiple client engagements and manage budgets, workflow, and deadlines.
• Mentor, develop, and review the work of staff and seniors.
• Coordinate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other outside professionals on client matters.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues and planning opportunities.

Skills and Background:

• CPA required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical expertise in HNW, partnership, trust, and pass-through taxation.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with multi-state and multi-entity taxation preferred
