Tax Analyst

Airswift is searching for a Tax Analyst to join a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector based in Florida. This role will support U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting, international tax matters, and reporting activities related to cross-border operations. The position offers exposure to multinational operations, IPO-readiness initiatives, and collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external advisors.

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax calculations, reconciliations, and compliance documentation
• Support tax provisions, tax accounting, and financial reporting activities
• Analyze cross-border and intercompany transactions from a tax perspective
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements
• Support audits, tax authority inquiries, and regulatory reporting
• Contribute to SOX and IPO-readiness initiatives
• Participate in tax planning, forecasting, and process improvement projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting, or corporate tax functions
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation
• Experience with tax provisions and financial reporting
• Exposure to international taxation and transfer pricing is preferred
• Advanced Excel and tax reporting systems proficiency
• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Oil & Gas industry experience is highly preferred
