Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support the overall accuracy of the company's financial records. This role is responsible for recording financial activity, reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with routine reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and other financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare basic financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
