We are seeking experienced external auditors to transition into a strategic advisory role. You will support senior finance leadership at large and mid-sized companies, working on complex accounting, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond recurring audit cycles while leveraging your strong accounting foundation in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities- Work alongside client finance leadership on diverse projects.
- Prepare organizations for capital markets transactions or regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support accounting considerations during acquisitions, divestitures, or reorganizations.
- Improve financial reporting processes and controls.
- Advise on technical accounting topics and complex accounting treatments.
- Assist finance teams with special initiatives and high-priority projects.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in external audit/assurance.
- Minimum of 3 full busy seasons in a large public accounting environment (Big Four preferred).
- Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP.
- Experience auditing large, complex clients (Fortune 1000, public/SEC registrants, or large PE-backed organizations).
- Ability to collaborate directly with client finance teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates at the senior associate or early manager level are preferred.
- 30% guaranteed bonus for the first 2 years, paid monthly.
- Total compensation range: $130K - $156K.
- Additional bonuses for travel and extra hours.
- $5K relocation assistance.
