Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections when necessary.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and company procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and employee records.
