Responsibilities- Greet and assist executives, clients, and visitors with discretion and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a refined, client-ready office environment
- Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and executive schedules
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and administrative requests
- Support daily office operations and liaise with internal teams and external vendors
