Position Overview
We seek an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to multitask effectively, and passionate about creating a positive workplace atmosphere. As the Office Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all administrative activities, ensuring our office runs efficiently, and ensuring employees have the support they need to level up their productivity.

You'll bring a customer-centric approach to both internal and external interactions, making sure that everyone who enters our office experiences top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-functional and appealing office.
  • Assist the office in day-to-day operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as TA-related tasks, vacation planning, onboarding, and other admin tasks.
  • Coordinate social events and gatherings.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage contracts and operational activities like catering, cleaning, office space designers, reception, and building management.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready for meetings.
  • Greet visitors and be the first point of contact.
  • Support onboarding for new joiners.
  • Supervise all financial administration related to running the office.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary.

Salary
$28,000 - $38,000 a year
