About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Plumbing Administrator to support our plumbing operations. In this role, you’ll be the organizational hub—coordinating schedules, supporting field technicians, assisting customers, and ensuring every job runs smoothly. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule plumbing jobs once contracts are signed.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency in Payzer (or similar) workflows.
  • Track and coordinate parts lists, materials, and inventory.
  • Process work orders, invoices, and billing documentation.
  • Maintain accurate job records, warranty files, and customer communications.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and reports.
  • Act as the communication bridge between plumbers, sales, dispatch, and clients.
  • Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative or customer service experience (plumbing/service industry a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Proficiency with scheduling/CRM platforms;
    Payzer, Service Titan, or Jobber preferred.
  • Excellent communication and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional admin training preferred).
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
