About the Job

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the Senior Operations Manager and assist with the day-to-day functions of the Miami office. This highly visible role collaborates across departments to support facilities, catering, supplies, safety, guest services, and space planning while helping maintain a professional, efficient office environment.

What

You’ll Do
  • Guide mail and delivery processes while using technology and digital production systems to improve efficiency
  • Oversee document imaging, production, scanning, printing, and mailroom operations, ensuring quality and confidentiality
  • Support safety and emergency programs, liaise with property management on building needs
  • Deliver exceptional service to staff, clients, and visitors
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by preparing reports and staying current on facilities and operations trends
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations or Facilities development or management
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional service, develop efficient procedures, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, One Note, and SharePoint)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with poise and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
