The Project Manager supports the end‑to‑end operational lifecycle of prepaid airtime cards and related collateral. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, maintain accurate operational documentation, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure flawless execution across internal teams and external vendors.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the ability to follow defined workflows with consistency. Your work directly helps ensure products are produced accurately, delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities Airtime Card Production & Operations- Support day‑to‑day production of prepaid airtime cards and collateral materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage schedules, delivery timelines, and production milestones.
- Maintain and regularly update production trackers, documents, and status reports.
- Ensure products meet approved specifications, quality guidelines, and operational requirements.
- Identify and elevate production or delivery issues, partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) for airtime card production.
- Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices; support resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, timely data entry and transaction processing within internal systems (., financial or supply chain platforms).
- Maintain organized files and documentation to support audits, reporting, and cross‑functional reviews.
- Follow established operational workflows step‑by‑step to minimize defects or errors.
- Support POSA
‑related administrative activities, including documentation, coordination, and tracking. - Ensure all operational activities adhere to internal policies, controls, and quality assurance standards.
- Prepare operational summaries, status trackers, and recurring reports.
- Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders, highlighting timelines, risks, and required actions.
- Assist with ad‑hoc operational and administrative projects as assigned.
- 2+ years in supply chain operations
, manufacturing support,
card production
, or operational project management. - Experience in operations‑heavy or administrative roles involving structured processes and documentation.
- Experience in prepaid cards
, POSA environments
, or production operations is a plus. - Familiarity with OFS or SAP preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
- Ability to follow structured processes with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables
, and basic data analysis. - Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues, gather required information, and elevate appropriately.
Associate degree or equivalent practical experience required.
