Miami, FL | Onsite M to F: 8AM – 5PM
We’re partnering with a trusted organization to find a friendly, reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of their office. This temp-to-hire role is a great opportunity to shine in a fast-paced front desk position while making a meaningful impact on the community!

- Answer and manage multi-line phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling calendars
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Experience in social work or elder services (a plus)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or receptionist roles
