Human Resources Coordinator

• Provide administrative and HR coordination support, including onboarding and managing employee records
• Maintain and update HRIS systems (experience with HRIS is a plus)
• Assist with scanning and filing documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle clerical tasks while supporting the team with scheduling, communications, and more

• 3+ years of clerical experience, preferably in an HR environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and ability to type at least 35 wpm
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Weekly Pay
• Holiday Pay
• After 30days:
  Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
• Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.
