We are a home décor manufacturing company working closely with factories in China. We receive new product samples on a daily basis, which are used to maintain our showroom and support customer orders.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage the daily flow of product samples in our office and showroom. This role is hands‑on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and move physical samples.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming product samples from factories
- Photograph samples clearly and consistently for internal and customer use
- Upload photos using PLM software, Excel sheets and PDF files
- Maintain a well‑organized digital filing system by factory and product type
- Label, catalog, and track all samples received
- Organize and maintain samples in the office and showroom
- Prepare and ship samples to customers as needed
- Ensure samples are stored safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal team regarding sample availability and status
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving large items such as wall art, mirrors, and small furniture (coffee tables, stools, etc.)
- Ability to follow systems and maintain accurate records
- Basic photography skills (using phone, iPad or camera)
- Comfortable using computers for file management and uploads
- Dependable, responsible, proactive, and able to manage daily sample volume
- Experience in product coordination, showroom management, or logistics
- Stable, full‑time position

This is a full‑time remote role for a Sample Coordinator. The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing product samples, maintaining an accurate inventory system, and supporting laboratory teams in the classification and preparation of samples. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring samples are adequately tracked, delivered, and recorded in a timely manner.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sample Management and Inventory Management
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Experience with Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and handling
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with standardized protocols and procedures
- Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
