Enfinity Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Legal Department by managing essential tasks and coordinating activities and deadlines. You will take charge of preparing reports, handling invoices and purchase orders, liaising with external legal and tax consultants, and ensuring compliance with various project-related documentation requirements.
As a key member of our team, you will assist in maintaining corporate records and engage with various Enfinity Group companies alongside external advisors. Your ability to communicate effectively and your dedication to teamwork will be pivotal as you collaborate with colleagues across different departments and time zones.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Department by scheduling activities and tracking deadlines.
- Liaise with law firms, notaries, and other professionals to manage invoices and purchase orders, while facilitating project workflow and legal verification processes.
- Draft project-related reports and presentations relevant to document verification.
- Assist in the management and filing of legal documents and corporate records for various Group entities.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and collaborate with teams in Business Development, Engineering, Accounting, and more regarding legal project implications.
- Draft basic legal templates as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in handling invoicing processes, corporate bookkeeping, and legal document management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and self-motivation.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Capability to conduct basic document reviews and a willingness to learn new skills.
