Description

Robert Half is seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to support a busy and fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, stays organized under pressure, and can serve as the face of the company.

Responsibilities

+ Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner

+ Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish

+ Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

+ Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars

+ Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation

+ Assist internal staff with general office tasks as needed

Requirements

+ Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

+ Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
