Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Account Assistant to support account management operations and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role plays a vital part in maintaining service excellence, coordinating account activities, and supporting daily administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining client service accounts
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
  • Prepare and review service documentation, reports, and account updates

  • Support billing coordination and account reconciliation processes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
  • Provide administrative support to the account management team
