Exam Proctor (Per-Diem)

Job Summary: The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine seeks an Exam Proctor to administer and oversee examinations for students.

• Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
• Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration.
• Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from the exam area.
• Continuously observes students during examinations.
• Responds to student requests and resolves inquiries or issues as needed.
• Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support or assessments (e.g., EValue, Exam Soft, NBME).

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.

Job Category: Temporary.

Work Schedule: ON CALL - Approximately 15 hours per week.

Advertised Salary: $17.00 per hour.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Criminal Background Check.
