We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and streamline service operations for our HVAC control systems.

This role serves as the central point of communication between customers, field technicians, and internal departments—ensuring every service call is scheduled efficiently, handled promptly, and followed through with accuracy and professionalism.

Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are required to effectively support our clients, technicians, and internal teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or service coordination (HVAC industry preferred).
• Proficient with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to keep things moving and keep people informed.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems or building automation is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a high‑pressure, team‑driven environment.
