Position: Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive entry-level Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The primary focus of this role is to assist the EA in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and general office operations, ensuring the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced executive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and follow-ups as directed by the EA.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials requested by the EA.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics.
  • Run office related errands when necessary.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the EA and executive office.
Qualifications
  • Entry-level position; prior administrative experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Excel
    , as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executives (a plus, but not required).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
