Role Purpose Statement

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the maintenance team, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping for all maintenance activities. Plays a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting efficient operations through timely data entry and coordination.

Main Accountabilities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Schedule and track maintenance tasks and vendor appointments.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders for maintenance-related services and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits.
  • Provide administrative support for reporting and communication within the maintenance team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and maintenance management systems (Maintain

    X and Arriba a plus).
  • Basic understanding of facility maintenance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years’ experience in clerical or administrative roles within industrial or food production environments preferred.
