Job SummaryThe Interns are hired to accomplish various tasks throughout various departments in Centella. The internship could be full-time or part-time depending on the availability of the candidates, but the period will not exceed 90 days. These assignments are usually clerical in nature or could be shadowing a specific job to obtain educational experience for school.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with various tasks that the assigned departments request.
- Collaborate on projects that have deadlines.
- Prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Part in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Research at a supervisor’s request.
- Need to complete assignments that are clerical in function.
- Customer service focus (internal & external)
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Active listening
- Written comprehension
- Ability to document and record information
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
