Compensation: $15.00 / hour
Responsibilities- Perform file operations and maintenance, including file storage, interfiling, consolidations, and searches
- Respond to file requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Update Government systems to ensure precise recordkeeping
- Conduct regular audits of file rooms and travel to additional Government facilities for audit support
- Connect incoming correspondence to existing file records
- Scan large multi-page documents for digital record management
- File naturalization certificates and notices; assist in closing out citizenship ceremonies
- Provide administrative support for forms and applications used in adjudication processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational continuity
- Strong ability to read and understand English proficiently
- Capability to manage, organize, and retrieve physical and digital files with precision
- Comfort working in fast-paced, structured administrative environments
- Ability to follow procedural guidance and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive materials
