Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person; assist with call answering, transfers, and referrals to appropriate departments or external providers
  • Maintain accurate client records by documenting notes, updates, and changes; communicate updates to case managers, ILS, drivers, and program staff
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and delivery drivers to support successful Home Delivered Meals (HDM) deliveries
  • Manage and update inactive client lists and assist with client account changes, terminations, and related correspondence
  • Assist with drafting and processing termination letters and addressing client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support intake, enrollment, and eligibility verification processes
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and preparation for annual, quarterly, and program audits
  • Provide clerical support including filing, copying, preparing mailings, and organizing program documentation
  • Assist with completing and collecting client surveys
  • Support high-volume call periods related to special events and holidays, including special holiday deliveries like Matzah Mitzvah and Milk & Honey
  • Relay accurate and timely information between program staff and participants
  • Ensure all documentation complies with funding agency and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coverage at congregate sites, as required
  • Assist the Administrative Officer with processing payments, completing check requests, and tracking expenses in the Expense Tracker
  • Assist the JCS Delivers Program with intakes, placing orders, and responding to client inquires, as required
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associate degree, preferred
  • Data entry skills, required
  • Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Ability to travel locally as required for program operations, required
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish, required
