Pay Range
: $21.00 to $25.00
Job Summary
:
Culinary Administrative Assistant to support our culinary team at Kaseya Center. This role involves administrative support, coordination, and communication to ensure the smooth operation of our large‑scale food and beverage services during events and daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client‑centric manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Chefs and culinary team.
- Monitor Culinary Managers' Schedule, assuring proper coverage and Work‑Life Balance.
- Manage scheduling, calendar updates, BEO meetings, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain minutes of Culinary Meetings with action items, owners, due dates, and follow‑up on deliverables.
- Maintain an updated Staffing grid and par level per location in both Premium and concessions.
- Monitor Employee uniform compliance and general appearance of the culinary office and administrative areas of the kitchen.
- Assist with end‑of‑month reports and organization of all related Supply Chain Requirements.
- Coordinate communication between culinary staff, Arena staff, and other departments.
- Maintain organized records of PSR, Birchstreet, related expenses, and Health department inspections and related documents.
- Support onboarding and training documentation for culinary staff.
- Organize, distribute, and inventory Uniforms and Culinary smallwares supplies—e.g., cut‑resistant gloves, thermometers, labels, etc.
- Handle inquiries from vendors, restaurant partners (Visitors' request forms), staff, and guests related to culinary operations.
- Support special culinary events and promotions.
- Assist in preparation of end‑of‑month financial reports.
- Attend in‑service and/or safety meetings as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; perform job safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous administrative or culinary support experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Some light lifting and movement of supplies may be required.
