Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales/Administrator based in Miami, FL. The Sales/Administrator will manage day‑to‑day sales and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining records, and assisting with office administration tasks. Exceptional organization and customer service are key components of this role.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Proficiency in Order Processing, including attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to support business growth
- Competence in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record-keeping, and office management
- Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in an on‑site environment in Miami, FL
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage
