HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for an Intern to join our dynamic team.
This internship provides hands‑on experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory support, and procurement administration within a highly regulated MRO environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders
- Support purchasing personnel with supplier communications regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and assist in monitoring delivery performance
- Help verify purchasing data and ensure documentation accuracy
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records in accordance with company requirements
- Coordinate with stockroom, production, and quality control regarding purchasing-related matters
- Assist with generating reports and procurement-related data analysis
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching to retrieve files or office materials
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Visual ability to read documents, computer screens, and detailed reports
- Exposure to a professional office and manufacturing environment with occasional noise from production areas
