Office Manager:

Bentley Truck Services, Inc. has been family owned and operated since 1991. Starting as a small 2 bay shop in Philadelphia, we now span the entire eastern seaboard with 10 state of the art locations offering commercial truck sales, commercial truck rentals, full-service leasing, contract maintenance, parts, and service. What You’ll Do

Job Summary

Support operation and various departments by performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry operations related to accounts payable, billing, accounting, etc.
  • Answering phones and either take messages or transfer to the appropriate department.
  • Perform filing, shredding, organizing as needed.
  • Interact with various departments to retrieve documents for accounting and billing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding past due invoices, payment statuses, and providing invoices copies.
  • Support management team with various task to support local branch and overall organization.
  • Work with other accounting personnel on tasks relating to tax, sales, commissions, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with completing priorities.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
