- : [Medical Records Clerk] As an Information & Record Clerk at Nite Lines USA, you'll:
Maintain accurate records of client information;
Follow client check in processes, complete or provide for completion of necessary forms and copies requiring clients information, route clients following procedures;
Answer customers questions, provide information;
Protect the security of Medical Record/Electronic Health Record to ensure that confidentiality is maintained;
Assure that all records are classified by the date to which they were registered in the Health Management system.
