Shipping Administrative (Night Shift)

Overview / Descripción General
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Administrative to support warehouse and logistics operations during overnight shifts. This role is key to ensuring accurate documentation, coordination of shipments, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Buscamos un(a) Administrativo de Shipping organizado(a) y proactivo(a) para apoyar las operaciones de almacén en turno nocturno. Este rol es clave para garantizar la correcta documentación, coordinación de envíos y continuidad operativa.
Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments | Coordinar envíos de entrada y salida
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, etc.) | Preparar y verificar documentación de shipping
- Perform accurate data entry and system updates | Ingresar datos con precisión en el sistema
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse team | Comunicarse con choferes y equipo de almacén
- Support inventory tracking and resolve discrepancies | Apoyar en control de inventario
- Bilingual:
English & Spanish (required) | Inglés y español (indispensable) - Administrative experience in shipping or warehouse environment | Experiencia administrativa en warehouse/shipping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills | Alta atención al detalle
- High School Diploma (U.S.) required | High School en EE.UU. (requerido)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment | Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
- Night Shift (starting at 4:00 PM until completion) | Turno nocturno (inicio 4:00 PM hasta finalizar operaciones)
- Monday to Friday (schedule may vary based on operations) | Lunes a viernes (puede variar según carga de trabajo)
- $19 per hour | $19 por hora
