** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**** 1. Workplace Operations & Multi-Site Management-shared services locations, support of regional offices.
*** Oversee daily operations across multiple floors and/or satellite locations.
* Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure all spaces are maintained.
* Manage space planning activities and occupancy updates.
* Coordinate with building management on property needs.
** 2. Leadership, Client Experience & Guest Services Oversight
*** Ensure a premium hospitality experience and oversee daily operations of reception and all client-facing areas, maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment**.
*** Provide oversight and direction to front office staff.
* Maintain hospitality and service standards.
** 3. Financial Management & Budget Oversight
*** Manage annual operating budgets.
* Track spending and review invoices.
* Identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
** 4. Vendor, Contract & Facilities Management
*** Serve as primary liaison for vendors and contractors.
* Manage SLAs, COIs, and performance.
* Coordinate repairs, projects, and moves.
** 5. Employee Support, Onboarding & Culture
*** Coordinate onboarding across floors.
* Support HR and events.
* Manage office communications.
** 6. Safety, Security & Compliance
*** Oversee access control and visitor systems.
* Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance.
** 7. Operational Reporting
*** Prepare occupancy, space utilization, and vendor reporting.
* Maintain maintenance and expense logs.
** 8. Special Projects
*** Support expansions, renovations, and office enhancements.
** 9. Platform Knowledge and Systems
*** Access control systems
* Work order system (Building Automated Engines, Angus, FMS, Service Now, etc.)
** QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required- 5+ years’ experience in workplace, facilities, or office management.

- Ability to manage budgets and reporting.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
