Position Responsibilities

  • Work with management on the inaugural launch (or re-launch) of NCLH ships.
  • Work with department team members and internal operational departments to ensure seamless integration for inaugurals.
  • Coordinate invitation process, including timeline management, supporting the development of a best-in-class registration platform, on-brand invitation creation, list management, invitation distribution, and list changes across all inaugural and familiarization sailings.
  • Manage cabin inventory for inaugural/re‑launch events and maintain allotments for each business owner.
  • Assist international offices with inaugural event registration as necessary across all inaugural and familiarization sailings.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for all company-sanctioned internal or external-facing events as directed by management.
  • Provide assistance with other trade events as needed.
  • Administer the NCL North American Sales team’s Virtual Metro Meeting Series including portal updates, invitations, content loading, and registration support.
  • Perform other job‑related functions as assigned.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field of study; or any equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Experience

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a corporate setting required; technology and/or events management systems and data manipulation experience desired. Travel or cruise line experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Creativity, initiative, good judgment, sound decision making, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Assertive, team player, and open to new ideas.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends, according to business demands.
  • Some travel to domestic and/or international locations required.
