We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on exposure across business operations, accounting, administration, and finance.

This is not a traditional “clock in / clock out” administrative role. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious—the person who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and becoming an important part of a fast‑paced organization. This position offers significant room for professional development and advancement. The right candidate will gain exposure to accounting, finance, development, operations, budgeting, forecasting, management, and business strategy while working closely with leadership.

Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Support
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, collections, and reconciliations
  • Maintain organized AR/AP records and vendor documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing matters
  • Support bookkeeping and accounting workflows across multiple entities/projects
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage scheduling, documents, spreadsheets, and internal reporting
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence
  • Help maintain operational organization and workflow efficiency
  • Assist leadership with special projects and day‑to‑day business needs
  • Coordinate administrative and operational tasks across departments
  • Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed
Budgeting, Reconciliation & Forecasting
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies
  • Support monthly and quarterly budget reviews
  • Help maintain forecasting models and cash flow projections
  • Analyze spending trends and assist with financial planning initiatives
  • Prepare reports and summaries for leadership review
Systems & Technology
  • Work within Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Navigate various accounting and business management platforms
  • Learn new software systems quickly and efficiently
  • Help improve processes through organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience or familiarity with accounting software/platforms preferred
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company
